US-Based Client Partner SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals for a US-based client. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with business partners and clients to build and maintain relationships.
  • Outbound and inbound calling to establish appointments and conduct meetings.
  • Propose and present marketing plans to vendors and partners.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to management and partners.
Requirements
  • Impeccable communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in outbound calling to US clients via videocon, audio con, and emails.
Desired Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in the BPO industry (B2B preferably).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT field.
Working Hours

The role requires 3rd shift (Night) working timings from 6 pm to 3 am.
