Project Manager: Climate Change Adaptation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our climate change adaptation initiatives in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily project operations, ensuring consistent monitoring of results and risks, and preparing timely reports.

About the Job

  • Leading the implementation of our GCF-funded project, including managing the operations of the Project Management Unit (PMU)
  • Managing project timelines, resource allocation, and team performance to ensure the timely achievement of project goals
  • Maintaining high-performance standards among project staff and ensuring effective stakeholder coordination
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field such as climate change, disaster management, or social sciences
  • At least 7 years of professional experience working in climate change adaptation, resilience, and community-based disaster risk management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse groups of partners
