Job Role: Senior Growth Specialist

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms to drive scalable growth.
  • Utilize data analysis, A/B testing, and actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement rigorous tests for creatives, targeting, bidding, and campaign goals debugging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using research tools (Semrush, AHREF, Mobile Action) to align initiatives with growth objectives.
  • Mentor junior staff and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Integrate product analytics (Mixpanel, Firebase, GA4, CleverTap) and ensure seamless tags/events tracking via Google Tag Manager.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ad formats, and integration best practices with tools like RevenueCat, MMP (Adjust), Singular, and AppFlyer.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years' experience in paid marketing managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
  • Strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in additional advertising platforms or analytics tools.
  • Advanced experience with A/B testing methodologies and comprehensive campaign debugging.
