We are looking for a Sales and Business Development professional to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the hospitality market by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and nurturing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers in the hospitality industry, focusing on restaurants, cafes, and venues.
  • Introduce our solutions, including POS systems, QR code ordering, and reservation management, through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Set up meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain a detailed and organized sales pipeline using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with venue owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges, especially related to digital ordering and reservations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market demands for QR code ordering and reservation management.
  • Achieve and exceed lead generation and meeting setup targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of QR code ordering and reservation management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
