About the Role:
  • Clients and Relationships:

    • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • You will act as a key point of contact for corporate customers, ensuring seamless transaction execution and building trust.
  • Portfolio Management:

    • You will manage a portfolio of mid to large-sized corporate clients, ensuring profitability, credit quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • You will monitor account activities to ensure consistent revenue generation and credit health.
  • Credit Proposals and Structuring:

    • You will prepare detailed credit proposals and financial analysis in line with bank policies and regulations.
    • You will structure Islamic financing solutions based on client requirements.
  • Business Development:

    • You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market segment.
    • You will achieve assigned financial targets in terms of asset growth, revenue generation, and deposit mobilization.
  • Compliance and Documentation:

    • You will ensure that all transactions comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Shariah principles.
    • You will supervise proper documentation, security perfection, and disbursement processes.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • You will collaborate with internal departments for seamless transaction execution.
    • You will support senior team members in strategic initiatives and special projects.
