We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to oversee the management of our call center team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, development and engagement initiatives that align with our organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing and hiring, to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Employee Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for call center employees, encompassing onboarding, customer service and technical skills to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate employee performance to ensure compliance with company standards and federal labor laws, such as FLSA, FMLA and ADA.
  • Scheduling and Benefits Administration: Oversee employee scheduling and benefits administration, ensuring adequate coverage for call center operations and providing competitive healthcare and 401(k) plans.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations and federal labor laws, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigating strategies to maintain a compliant work environment.
Job Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a call center environment, with a strong background in talent acquisition, development and compliance.
  • Labor Law Knowledge: Proficiency in federal and state labor laws, including FLSA, FMLA and ADA, is essential.
  • Critical Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, multitasking and proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office and other HR-related software.
