Regional HR Business Partner

This is a generalist position, responsible for executing end-to-end HR functions across the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a strong people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to regional leadership and staff.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes.
  • Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Support training & development, policy implementation, and compliance with regulations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries from the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage full-cycle of HR operations for a regional office.
