Senior Employer Relations Business Partner

This role is responsible for driving employee relations initiatives as a key partner to Business/HR Leaders, HRBPs, and Legal teams.

The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a positive employee experience by ensuring unbiased and neutral facilitation of complaint resolutions.

Responsibilities include facilitating open-door processes and investigating complaints or legal charges.

The role requires serving as the main point of contact and ER investigator, conducting investigations of varying difficulty and sensitivity, and recommending appropriate resolutions.

A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in HRBP, with 3+ years in employee and/or labor relations.

The successful candidate will be able to identify, investigate, and resolve employee concerns or conflicts related to human rights, workplace rights, conduct, safety, and attendance.

They will also facilitate open-door processes and investigate complaints or legal charges in collaboration with Legal and HRBPs.

The selected individual will participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution as required.
