Senior Employee Relations Partner

Motive serves over 120,000 customers across various industries including transportation, construction, energy, manufacturing, agriculture and retail.

This role acts as a key partner to business leaders in driving employee relations strategies. It ensures unbiased facilitation of complaint resolution processes, facilitates the open-door process and investigates complaints or legal charges.

The role will report to the HR Director.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the main point of contact and ER investigator
  • Conducting investigations and making recommendations on resolutions
  • Assuming ownership of cases, monitoring progress and maintaining investigation logs
  • Identifying and resolving employee concerns or conflicts in an appropriate manner
  • Facilitating the open-door process and investigating complaints or legal charges
  • Planning and implementing ER processes, programs and tools to build organizational capability

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in HR domain and 3+ years of direct experience in employee relations and labor relations.
