Senior Technical Recruiter Position Summary
This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the entire recruitment process. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements for each position.
- Identify and develop targeted recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
- Design and publish compelling job advertisements to reach a wide audience.
- Evaluate candidate applications, conducting thorough assessments to ensure the best fit.
- Regularly update candidates on their application status, providing timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Present key HR metrics to senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Keep hiring managers informed of filled positions and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Nurture professional connections within the industry by attending relevant events.
- Cultivate partnerships with educational institutions and talent networks to expand our pool of candidates.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.

- Familiarity with best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
