Job Title: Head Of Maintenance

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and civil works of a building. This includes electrical maintenance operations, electric networks, wires work, and providing lighting by maintaining electrical fixtures.

  • Ensures plumbing work is carried out efficiently.
Key Skills:
  • Ability to deal with electrical troubleshooting.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in commercial buildings, malls, hotels, or hospitals.
