The Role

As a
Data & Cold Email Outreach Specialist
, you will be at the forefront of our business acquisition efforts. You will manage, analyze, and enrich data to identify potential business owners and use targeted cold email campaigns to generate interest.

What You'll Do

  • Data Management:
    Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify high-quality prospects.
  • Cold Email Campaigns:
    Build, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns to generate qualified interest.
  • CRM & Outreach:
    Manage and track responses, engagement, and conversions using our CRM and outreach tools like Smartlead and Invin.
  • Data Enrichment:
    Enhance prospect information to ensure accurate and highly targeted outreach.
  • Automation:
    Implement A/B testing for email copy, track key metrics, and optimize our outreach strategies for maximum efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    3-5 years of hands-on experience in data operations, lead generation, and cold email outreach.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Expertise in email deliverability, inbox management, and automation tools. Hands-on experience with platforms like Smartlead, Invin, and Seamless is a significant plus.
  • Data-Driven:
    A strong ability to extract, analyze, and manage large datasets for precise outreach targeting.
  • Process-Oriented:
    A knack for streamlining workflows and scaling outreach processes efficiently.
  • Working Hours:
    This is a full-time role with working hours aligned to support our international teams in the UK. (12 PM - 8 PM Pakistan Time)
