Quality Assurance Specialist

Our organization seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality and safety of our products. This key role involves ensuring that all products meet our high standards, maintaining accurate records, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • We require this position to manage daily quality reports from quality control staff, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • This role also involves updating our corrective actions plan following quality audits, ensuring that we are always improving our processes.
  • The ideal candidate will enforce our date code policy, maintain retention samples, and keep accurate records up-to-date.
  • This role also includes implementing quality and food safety systems during production, ensuring compliance with established procedures and specifications.
  • We expect this position to notify authorities of nonconformities, stop production if necessary, and take corrective-preventive actions, documenting all processes.
  • This role requires monitoring syrup, sugar, and concentrate efficiencies daily and during production.
  • The successful candidate will oversee Syrup Room and Water Treatment Operations, ensuring cleaning and sanitation adhere to company standards.
  • We require this position to implement container inspection procedures according to our requirements.
  • This role also involves ensuring empty receiving from markets adheres to our requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will verify calibrated devices in intermix device are functioning, engage and control cooling system, adjust and operate level control device.
  • This role requires monitoring and controlling postmix activities.
Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Microbiology or Food Technology/Chemical Engineering is required.
