Quality Assurance Specialist Role

We are seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance professional to lead our team in implementing and maintaining a culture of excellence throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Assurance system to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and execute quality plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for quality improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze quality metrics to inform strategic decisions and enhance overall quality performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Statistical QC Techniques and their application in real-life quality challenges. Experience working in a manufacturing industry is highly desirable, but not mandatory. A working knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM), 5S methodology, ISO 9001, and QS 9000 will be highly valued.
