Job Title: Counseling Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Counseling Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities
  • Admission Counseling: Providing personalized guidance to students on admission procedures, completing registration processes, and maintaining accurate records of student processing.
  • Application Completion: Completing application forms for colleges abroad, collecting required educational documents, and filling out application forms for concerned embassies.
  • Student Support: Offering complete guidance and information to students regarding courses, admission procedures, and necessary documents.
  • File Management: Maintaining accurate and organized files, including record-keeping and data management.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promoting college clients represented by our organization and registering students and immigration clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the applicant must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Good proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with MS-Office and Adobe Reader/Writer.
