About This Role

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to provide IT assistance to our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve software and hardware issues efficiently.
  • Offer first-level support for all IT systems, including customer-facing services.
  • Document and track incidents using incident management procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to IT guidelines.
  • Deliver high-quality service and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A degree in computing or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in various IT systems, including IAM, MDM, Office 365, Google Apps, Slack, Zoom, Meraki WiFi, Apple Mac, Windows, VMWare, and cloud technologies.
  • Relevant certifications, such as MCSE, CCNA, ITIL.
  • At least two years of experience in IT support.
  • Ability to work on weekends (shift rotation).
