About This Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A degree in computing or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in various IT systems, including IAM, MDM, Office 365, Google Apps, Slack, Zoom, Meraki WiFi, Apple Mac, Windows, VMWare, and cloud technologies.
  • Relevant certifications, such as MCSE, CCNA, ITIL.
  • At least two years of experience in IT support.
  • Ability to work on weekends (shift rotation).
