Job Title:

• Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Manager plays a vital role in implementing and maintaining our quality management system.

This position is responsible for supporting the Director QEC in preparing self-assessment reports and quarterly progress reports for higher education authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2008 Standard requirements.
  • Support Director QEC in preparation of Self Assessment Reports and Quarterly Progress Reports.
  • Arrange Entry, Mid, and End point surveys, and data entry of these forms.
  • Supervise data analysts in day-to-day activities regarding quality management.
  • Assist and provide consultancy to departments on project excellence.
  • Provide training to staff members on quality systems and tools.
  • Provide advisory services to new employees.
  • Manage Quality Manual and Six Mandatory procedures.
  • Ensure implementation of Control of documents and Records procedure.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in quality management processes and knowledge of statistical techniques are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and writing skills are required.
  • Practical experience with quality management systems, tools, and standards is necessary.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and Six Sigma implementation techniques is desired.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of computer applications and data analysis software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command over language and communication skills.
