However, managing multiple customer relationship management systems (CRMs)/dashboards increases workload, particularly for non-technical owners who may require assistance with operating these tools.
While software companies provide support, it is often fragmented and handled by multiple individuals, which can be a hassle for proprietors.
The customer support team works at night to address customer inquiries/complaints and escalate issues to relevant internal teams, aiming to reduce turnaround time and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities- Interfacing between restaurants and internal teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Documenting issues with a thorough understanding of causes and implications.
- Investigating critical issues with customers when necessary.
- Utilizing the platform to assist restaurants with time-sensitive operational tasks.
You will join a team with a culture centered around agility, a hunger to learn, and a desire to teach others.
An ideal candidate should possess:
- Excellent formal, conversational, and colloquial English skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and manage relationships with restaurant proprietors.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Cultural awareness and knowledge of US cultural sensitivities.
Note: While not all competencies are required, command of English and interpersonal skills are essential.
An ideal candidate should have some understanding and command of the following technical skills:
- Experience in a support role, preferably in the US market.
- Data analysis.
- Reporting & documentation.
While prior experience or knowledge of marketing is not required, preference will be given to candidates with such background.
Required experience level: 1-2 years of professional experience
