About the Role

Restaurant proprietors in the US work extended hours to ensure their establishments run smoothly. To assist them, numerous front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) software solutions are employed, accompanied by online ordering and marketing tools.

The customer support team works at night to address customer inquiries/complaints and escalate issues to relevant internal teams, aiming to reduce turnaround time and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Interfacing between restaurants and internal teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Documenting issues with a thorough understanding of causes and implications.
  • Investigating critical issues with customers when necessary.
  • Utilizing the platform to assist restaurants with time-sensitive operational tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will join a team with a culture centered around agility, a hunger to learn, and a desire to teach others.

An ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent formal, conversational, and colloquial English skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and manage relationships with restaurant proprietors.
  • Emotional intelligence.

Note: While not all competencies are required, command of English and interpersonal skills are essential.

An ideal candidate should have some understanding and command of the following technical skills:

  • Experience in a support role, preferably in the US market.
  • Data analysis.
  • Reporting & documentation.

While prior experience or knowledge of marketing is not required, preference will be given to candidates with such background.

Required experience level: 1-2 years of professional experience
