About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Call Handlers to join our team at Outsource Today. As a Restaurant Takeaway Call Handler, you will be the first point of contact for customers placing takeaway orders. Your role will focus on providing excellent customer service, accurately processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and restaurant partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Take and process takeaway food orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with patience and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, promotions, and restaurant policies.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Minimum intermediate education; higher education is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for order entry and record-keeping.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or the hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a customer-first mindset.
