Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development professional to lead our Billing operations in the Industrial/Commercial (KHI) sector.

  • MBA with 4 years of experience in Accounts or Finance.

Applicants with experience in Utility companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance within the Billing team in the Industrial/Commercial (KHI) section.
  2. Develop and implement billing strategies to meet revenue targets, enhance efficiency, and adapt to the unique requirements of the industrial and commercial sectors in Karachi.
  3. Analyze key billing performance indicators, implementing corrective actions to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and operational targets.
  4. Raise, train, and mentor junior team members at Territory Managers and other field staff levels for East, West, and Central areas.
  5. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, and build strong relationships to ensure successful billing operations.
  6. Manage resources to achieve cost-effective billing operations.
  7. Maintain strict adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies within the Industrial/Commercial (KHI) section.
  8. Comply with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
  9. Perform any other assignment as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
