We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our team in Karachi. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working on software support and has experience of working with international customers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving user knowledge-caused issues, meeting service levels for unresolved problems, and attending team meetings. They will also participate in product training and make recommendations to improve service and provide better support.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve user knowledge-caused issues and other configuration, troubleshooting, and software installation issues
  • Meet all defined service levels for unresolved problems, reassign tickets to the appropriate internal/external team
  • Attend and participate in team meetings
  • Attend CHS product training as required
  • Makes recommendations to address problems, improve service, and provide improved support
  • Develops frequently asked questions (FAQ) documentation

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a university degree in accounting or a related field and some experience of working on software support. You should also have industry experience in residential/commercial construction, property management, real estate management concepts/methodologies, and general accounting practices. Proficient in MS Windows applications is essential, as is excellent communication skills with clients at all levels.
