Software Development Specialist

We are looking for a self-driven Lead Software Engineer (Java) who is excited to learn and improve his/her skillset in the ever-evolving world of Java.
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Ensure adherence to engineering processes such as code reviews, source control, and unit testing, use case analysis, defect management, continuous integration and deployment.
- Work closely with Project Managers in providing technical solutions and innovative ideas to cater to project needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in back-end development, knowledge of Core JAVA, OOP, and Data structures. Extensive web development experience in JAVA and understanding of Agile Web development using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and SQL are also required.
- Design and develop database architecture and server scripting;
- Studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers;
- Develop existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification.
- Analyzing current programs and processes, and making recommendations which yield a more cost-effective product.
Develop new programs, troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms. Support teams by developing documentation and assistance tools. Provide recommendations to management concerning issues of programmer productivity and software development management.
