Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cosmetic Sales Leader to drive business growth and success in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

This role requires a deep understanding of the cosmetic industry, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and Executing Sales Strategies:
    Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
    Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Building and Leading High-Performing Teams:
    Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team.
    Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  3. Establishing Key Client Relationships:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
    Identify opportunities to expand market share and explore new sales channels and territories.
  4. Driving Revenue Growth:
    Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
    Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  5. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:
    Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
    Provide feedback on product performance and market demands to support innovation and improvements.
  6. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience of 10-15 years in sales leadership roles, preferably within the cosmetic or beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of the cosmetic market, including product trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
