Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Head of Business Development Cosmetic to drive business growth and success in our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
This role requires a deep understanding of the cosmetic industry, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and Executing Business Strategies:
Create and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. - Building and Leading High-Performing Teams:
Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations. - Establishing Key Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Identify opportunities to expand market share and explore new sales channels and territories. - Driving Revenue Growth:
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business initiatives with overall business goals.
Provide feedback on product performance and market demands to support innovation and improvements. - Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience of 10-15 years in business development roles, preferably within the cosmetic or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of the cosmetic market, including product trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding business targets.
