Job Summary:

Business Development Leader: The-Hiring is seeking an innovative sales professional to lead our cosmetic industry sales efforts. As a Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team management.

About the Role:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Team Management:
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and market demands to support innovation and improvements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the cosmetic or beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of the cosmetic market, including product trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Our Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of Rs500,000.00 - Rs700,000.00 per month.
