Job Summary

- Inform customers of deals and promotions.">
- Sell products and services.">
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.">
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.">
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.">
Key Responsibilities:

- Mainly responsible for resolving customer complaints over the phone or through digital means.">
- Maintains effective communication with customers regarding order status and product information.">
- Verifies customer account details using various channels.">
- Handles orders, returns, and exchange requests in a timely manner.">
- Ensures accurate provision of information regarding company policies and offerings.">
- Takes and records vital customer information including addresses and contact numbers.">
- Effectively manages order cancellations and modifications.">
- Fosters customer retention by actively seeking to prevent cancellations.">
- Informs customers about available promotions and special offers.">
- Demonstrates sales skills while engaging with customers about products and services.">
- Operates computer systems to manage large volumes of calls efficiently.">
- Collaborates closely with the Customer Service Manager to guarantee consistent high-quality customer service delivery.">
- Prepares detailed reports highlighting overall customer satisfaction levels.">
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory.">
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferably within an IT or Services environment.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.">
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.">
- Able to work effectively under pressure meeting strict deadlines.">
- Results-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.">
- Certifications like Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or equivalent preferred.">
