Growth & Demand Generation
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven marketer to own and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy focused on driving signups, reducing churn, and increasing MRR growth.
  • Key responsibilities include developing high-impact acquisition strategies across SEO, paid media, content marketing, partnerships, and performance marketing, as well as optimizing conversion rates through A/B testing, growth experiments, automation, and funnel analytics.
Revenue & Performance Optimization
  • The ideal candidate will have experience tracking, analyzing, and optimizing marketing performance using key SaaS growth metrics: CAC, LTV, Churn Rate & Retention, Conversion Rates & ROAS.
  • They will implement data-driven campaigns that align marketing efforts with revenue goals, ensuring maximum ROI and business growth.
Brand & Market Positioning
  • We are looking for a talented marketer to elevate our brand as a leading SaaS platform in the social media management space, developing compelling messaging, engaging storytelling, and a strong brand presence across all channels.
  • The successful candidate will build thought leadership content that positions us as the go-to tool for creators, businesses, and agencies.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team with expertise in content, growth, and performance marketing.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and innovation in marketing execution.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience: 4+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in SaaS or tech).
  • Growth & Revenue Focus: A track record of scaling MRR, optimizing conversion rates, and driving revenue growth.
  • Technical Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Amplitude, paid media, automation, and A/B testing tools.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Analyzing, iterating, and optimizing based on real metrics.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Understanding brand positioning, storytelling, and standing out in a crowded market.
  • Leadership & Execution: Setting strategy AND executing, leading a team while staying deeply involved in driving results.
