The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and driven sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Sales Executive. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional results.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop close ties with key customers, aligning our product range with their needs.
- Analyze customer data to inform impactful decisions and drive sales growth.
- Implement effective promotional campaigns, guiding retailers on attractive store and pharmacy environments.
- Maintain well-stocked products and negotiate display enhancements and promotions.
- Drive sales forward to meet or surpass assigned targets and objectives, making a meaningful impact in your region.
The Experience We're Looking For:
You have a proven background in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry, and excel at independence, carving out sales opportunities with ease. Your positive 'can-do' approach and resilient work ethic underpin your success. Strong communication skills and a track-record of persuasively guiding others are essential. You have an attentive listening style and can analyze customer data to inform impactful decisions.

Influencing, Consultative Selling, Channel strategy, Product planning, Business acumen, Sales negotiation, P&L Management, Strategy Execution, Operational Excellence are all crucial skills required for this role.
