We are seeking an experienced Commercial Agreement Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Finalize commercial aspects of Sales and Purchase Agreements, ensuring seamless execution with all stakeholders.
  2. Coordinate with government/private companies to review draft agreements, guaranteeing compliance with Petroleum Policies and directives.
  3. Manage timely correspondence with all parties involved in agreement finalization.
  4. Notify relevant departments about financial implications and required actions.
  5. Verify invoices against recommended actions' financial implications.
  6. Generate reconciliation reports and invoices as per agreement regulations.
  7. Maintain adherence to prevailing Petroleum Policies, Rules, Directives, SROs, etc., set by the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division) and other competent authorities.

To succeed in this role, you will possess strong commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient agreement execution.
