
Appointment Setter/ Business Development Representative

We are seeking a professional Outbound Call Specialist to join our team.
This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients in the U.S. market, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team.
This is a night shift role tailored to U.S. campaign hours.
Main Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects using a dialer or CRM
- Engage professionally and confidently with decision-makers
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team
- Follow call scripts and handle objections effectively
- Maintain accurate and detailed call logs in the CRM
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of BPO and cold calling experience(U.S. campaigns preferred)
- C2 level English proficiency—both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
- Experience using CRMs and dialers (e.g., Vicidial, Mojo, HubSpot,GHL etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualities:
- Background in appointment setting for sales, insurance, real estate, or digital marketing (international campaigns.)
- Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
- Fast learner with a positive and professional attitude
