Results-Driven Sales Professional

Nayasol, Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Software House Campaign. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to offer our software house services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, with the ability to persuade potential customers to schedule consultations with our team. You will be expected to meet individual and team sales targets, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our software house services.
  • Deliver sales pitches and answer customer inquiries regarding our services, pricing, packages, and other related information.
  • Schedule consultations with the team and follow up with potential customers.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Document all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Outbound Call Center Agent or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to persuade potential customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in website development or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
