The position of Assistant Manager HR Operations - Compensation and Benefits plays a vital role in managing compensation and benefit programs, ensuring equity of salary and benefits within grades. This involves supervising the payroll process and accrued liabilities, evaluating, determining and participating in relevant job market surveys to ensure that our compensation packages are competitive.
The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for coordinating special projects such as grading structures, policies, compliance and others according to C&B objectives accomplishment. Additionally, they will monitor insurance coverage & premium, deal with insurance companies regarding Insurance policies renewals, preparation and settlement of insurance claims, and arranging final settlements and recovery proceedings.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of human resources management principles. The successful candidate will possess a Master's Degree or MBA in Finance or Human Resources Management, with 3-5 years' experience leading compensation and benefits processes & practices. Knowledge of HR-ERP/SAP systems is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks are also essential. We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, capability, and maturity.
