The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, reducing churn, and expanding subscriptions while providing high-level service for clients. This includes developing strategic account plans, executing across IT and business units, identifying opportunities to upsell additional users and services, and managing existing accounts and maintaining relationships with decision makers.

Responsibilities

  2. Develop and deliver strategies that help drive client business">
  3. Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products">
  4. Practice effective communication with management, customers, and support staff">
  5. Provide fanatical support and service to the account base">
  6. Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system">
  7. Provide product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers">
  8. Identify opportunities to upsell additional users and services">
  9. Manage existing accounts and maintain relationships with decision makers">
  10. Develop strategic account plans and execute across IT and business units">

Requirements

  • Bachelors and/or Masters Degree and 3-5+ years of customer success / sales / account management / relevant experience">
  • Outstanding organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects">
  • Passionate about building customer relationships">

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment">
