Unlock Growth Insights with Our Social Listening Analyst Role

We're seeking a bilingual and capable social listening/insight analyst to join our team.

This role involves working within the wider team to unlock key insights and present actionable recommendations to key stakeholders directly.

  • We offer a 12-month freelance contract with paid day rates.
  • Fully remote working is available for the right candidate.

As a Social Listening Analyst, you'll work closely with the wider insights team to:

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects.

• Conduct analysis using in-house tools to derive actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working across a range of digital touchpoints, including social listening/analytics.

• Providing qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform brand and marketing strategy.

• Building and testing queries on in-house tools and creating well-crafted visualizations primarily in PowerPoint.

Requirements include:

• Proficient English and Urdu language skills.

• Experience in digital insights with strong experience in social listening.

• Exposure to a range of tools, including Google Analytics and Brandwatch.
