We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process, train managers in interviewing and assessment procedures, and ensure a pool of qualified candidates for all positions.
  2. HR Policy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive human resources policies across the organization.
  3. Compensation and Benefits Management: Maintain the pay plan and benefits program, analyze salary reports, and determine a competitive compensation plan.
  4. Performance Management: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  5. Learning and Development: Assess training needs, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
  6. Employee Relations: Address employee demands, grievances, or other issues.
  7. Separation Procedures: Manage separations from employment, conduct exit interviews, and maintain accurate records.
  8. Record Keeping: Manage employee records, files, and reports while adhering to legal, labor laws, and internal requirements.
  9. Reporting: Work with management on employee corrective action and documentation, provide decision support, and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • A qualification in human resources management or business management and extensive knowledge of and experience within an HR environment.
  • A demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic business and HR objectives.
  • Superior interpersonal, training, communication, negotiation, and consultative skills at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
