Senior Human Resources Executive

The key to success in this role is to possess extensive experience in managing international call center environments.
You will have comprehensive knowledge in all areas of human resources management, including training competencies in HR administration, legal/regulatory compliance related to employment matters, supervisory development, diversity, and management training.
A strong motivator and supervisor, you must be able to motivate and supervise staff members effectively. Your ability to exercise independent judgment and handle a variety of assignments simultaneously will be crucial in cultivating capabilities beyond those required for the current job and meeting business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of staff for international inbound UK taxi booking campaigns.
- Collaboration with line managers on a daily basis to guide them through the people decision-making process.
- Investigations into internal employee complaints.
- Interviews and provision of feedback and suggestions to the leadership team.
- Development of safety and security risk management programs to minimize hazards.
Requirements:
