Sales Leadership Opportunity

In this role, you will lead a team of Commercial Account Managers, focusing on fast-growing accounts between SMB and Mid-Market. Your team will own monthly and quarterly revenue targets by expanding and retaining customers who have reached a higher level of account maturity.

You will shape and scale a global commercial sales team through coaching and structured processes, while managing a diverse team of Commercial Account Managers based in different locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed commercial revenue goals through a team of Account Managers focused on growing and retaining existing Commercial accounts.
  • Develop and execute pipeline strategies (inbound and outbound) to drive business growth, ensuring KPIs align with organizational objectives.
  • Implement and maintain disciplined pipeline planning, collaborating with leadership for accurate forecasting.
  • Coach Account Managers through regular call reviews, deal strategy sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide clear forecasts and trend analyses, highlighting growth opportunities and potential risks within the Commercial segment.
