Job Title

Operational Manager for Enterprise Growth and Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic business plans to drive company growth.
  • Manage human resources activities, including approval of personnel plans and selection of high-level staff.
  • Establish and organize key departments, overseeing their operations and performance.
  • Direct and coordinate activities related to product manufacturing or service provision.
  • Review financial statements, sales reports, and other performance metrics to assess productivity and goal achievement.
  • Direct financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, collaborating with organization officials as necessary.
  • Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
  • Plan and direct sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required.
  • Determine goods and services to be sold, set prices and credit terms based on customer demand forecasts.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, representing management in purchase negotiations.
  • Confer with organization officials and staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities, and resolve problems.
  • Analyze operations to evaluate performance against objectives and identify areas for cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change.
  • Direct, plan, and implement organizational strategies to ensure continuing operations, maximize returns on investments, and increase productivity.
  • Prepare budgets for approval, including funding and implementation of programs.
  • Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements with suppliers, distributors, and other entities.
  • Review staff reports to recommend approval or suggest changes.
  • Appoint department heads or managers, assigning or delegating responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills are essential. Strong Leadership qualities are also required.

Masters Degree or Foreign Qualifications preferred.

Information Technology and Services industry experience beneficial.
