We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatch Assistant.

In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for coordinating taxi services during night shifts, ensuring that pickups and drop-offs are completed on time and that customers receive excellent service.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Experience in customer service or dispatching is a plus, as well as proficiency in dispatch software.

You will also need to have attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with availability to work night shifts. Experience in the transportation industry is beneficial, but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate taxi services during night shifts
  • Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
  • Communicate with drivers and customers
  • Handle customer inquiries or issues during the shift

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Experience in customer service or dispatching (plus)
  • Proficiency in dispatch software
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work night shifts
