Drive Revenue Growth as a Strategic Leader
Your Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership and Strategy Development: Develop and lead sales, partnerships, and marketing teams while pursuing enterprise accounts.
- Revenue Growth Strategy: Serve as an executive member of the team to drive overall revenue growth strategy.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Take the go-to-market strategy from inception to execution, including pricing and product/service offering development.
- Innovative Partnerships: Create innovative co-marketing and co-branded partnerships that yield win-win relationships for partners.
- New Verticals and Product Diversification: Identify new verticals, platforms, and products to diversify revenue streams.
- Team Building: Build a world-class team capable of handling large-scale complex deals from negotiation to launch.
- Voice of the Merchant: Serve as the voice of the merchant to help evolve product capabilities and brainstorm creative win-win partnerships.
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, including sales, product, and marketing teams, to define business targets and opportunities, assess the competitive landscape, identify retailer needs, and develop solutions.
- Data-Driven Insights: Work closely with data and insights teams to define a merchant data product and roll-out strategy, leveraging vast customer data to build engaging insights for retailers on an ongoing basis.
Your Ideal Background:

- 10+ Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, solution selling, management consulting, or strategic operations with FinTech, banking, or payments products.
- Proven Retail Expertise: Proven experience in the retail, banking, or e-commerce landscape.
- Strong Communication Skills: Highly developed communication skills and ability to establish relationships both internally and externally with senior decision-makers.
