We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee recruitment initiatives for staffing needs in our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar talent acquisition role.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be responsible for collaborating with all internal departments to understand their unique hiring goals and workforce planning objectives. The successful candidate will also support the HR department by creating and refining job descriptions for external postings across various roles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment initiatives for staffing needs in our Islamabad office
- Collaborate with all internal departments to understand their unique hiring goals and workforce planning objectives
- Support the HR department by creating and refining job descriptions for external postings across various roles
- Recruit for a wide range of positions across all departments, including but not limited to Customer Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, communication, interview coordination, and video screening
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs
- Post external job openings and manage the applicant tracking process through GoHire
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to assess experience, education, skills, and compensation expectations
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and build strong, professional relationships throughout the recruitment process
