Job Description
  • The Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients with healthy commercials in their respective zones.
  • This key position will also function as the main contact person for city-wide client accounts.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all accounts in the portfolio will be a top priority.
  • The successful candidate will analyze and identify upcoming needs and opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
  • This role will be responsible for monthly growth of all assigned accounts.
  • The Account Manager will clearly communicate progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • A thorough understanding of commercial metrics, operational metrics, product mix, marketing campaigns, etc. will be required.
  • The selected candidate will forecast and track key account metrics such as monthly and quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Designing exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships, and co-branding activities will be an exciting responsibility.
  • Cross-functional teams will receive support in delivering strategies by facilitating communication of lessons learned, resolving urgent issues, lining up group-level support, and deploying processes and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Good understanding of the retail landscape of Pakistan.
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to take full ownership of the function.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in the relevant field.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven individual.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
  • Solid knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector.
  • Driven and ambitious individual.
  • Proactive and able to lead independent projects.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
  • Detail-oriented with attention to all steps in the process.
