Job Description

We're looking for a Talent Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for driving the full recruitment funnel, from initial outreach to final offer letters.

You'll work closely with hiring managers to co-create job descriptions, interview flows, and hiring forecasts. Your goal is to uncover top talent with the right mindset, mission alignment, and skill potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for Engineering and Product roles
  • Build and maintain evergreen talent pipelines through various channels
  • Design evaluation journeys that assess candidate skills, mindset, and potential
  • Represent the company in tech spaces, communities, and beyond
