Corporate Sales Executive Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new and prospective corporate clients, developing strong relationships with them, and increasing sales of online recruitment solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand the company's offerings for employers
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
  • Identify potential clients, generate corporate leads and increase sales
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to the prospective clients
  • Direct contact, appointment, meeting and follow-up
  • Negotiate and sell the company's online recruitment solutions
  • Provide superior service to clients in order to meet or exceed client satisfaction.
  • Business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with legal and ethical requirements.
  • Frequent travel to meet potential clients
Job Specifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration or Sales Marketing from reputed educational institution
  • Proven track record of building corporate relationships in the Business Development
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Corporate Sales
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills
  • Excellent Computer and Internet skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive self-starter who anticipates rather than reacts to problems and opportunities
  • Open to traveling within region
Benefits:

The compensation includes basic salary plus a rewarding commission and travel allowance.
