Job Overview

At ChatPandas, we're seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional experiences for our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via various communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing accurate product and service information to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Identifying and addressing customer problems or concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • This is an onsite job requiring regular attendance.
  • A minimum of 9 hours per day, 6 days a week, with flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Night shifts may be required based on business needs.

Work Environment

  • Our office is located at GITMIT Co-Working Space in Gulberg 3, providing a collaborative and productive workspace.

Education and Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; additional education is a plus.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Basic English conversational skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is necessary.
