Job Description

Skillfully lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver exceptional support to customers.

  • Possess strong analytical skills and technical expertise to resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and direct team members towards achieving shared goals.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and communication.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with flexibility to rotate shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with various support systems, such as Intercom, Zendesk, LiveChatInc, and large-scale phone and chat support systems.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related technology field.
  • Work experience in a similar environment, preferably with managerial experience.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (listening, presenting, and questioning).
  • Strong problem analysis and troubleshooting skills, particularly in resolving complex technical issues.
  • Adept at assessing situations and making decisions.
  • Process-driven approach with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to change.
