About this Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team, focusing on driving sales growth and developing strong client relationships.

  • Drive Sales Growth: Secure meetings with potential clients and deliver strategic presentations selling tailored advertising solutions using Out of Home Media.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Achieve quarterly and yearly quotas as set by management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote Sales Growth Strategies: Identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
  2. Prospecting & Outreach: Engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and onsite visits.
  3. Create Custom Sales Plans: Develop targeted sales strategies to effectively engage potential clients.
  4. Draft Proposals: Prepare and present custom media solution proposals to clients, ensuring prompt follow-ups to close contracts.
  5. Maximize Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to expand business growth.
  6. Develop Industry Relationships: Engage with local B2B organizations, attend networking events, and conferences to establish strong business connections.

Ideal Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of sales experience (Preferred but not required for highly motivated individuals)
  2. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with strong relationship-building abilities
  3. Highly organized and detail-oriented
  4. Strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
