Marketing Associate Position

This role is a dynamic opportunity to join our marketing and sales team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in lead generation, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and prospects, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, including personalized outreach campaigns, social media engagement, and data analysis.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of collected data through rigorous verification and cross-referencing processes.
  • Classify and segment leads based on predefined criteria such as industry, company size, location, and level of engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy regulations when gathering and organizing contact information.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, providing valuable insights to inform the effectiveness of various strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (BBA).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
