
Administrative Coordinator

This role involves providing administrative support to our professional services. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate appointments and manage online business diaries.
- Communicate with clients and partner organizations in a professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents.
- Manage records and files securely in line with data protection guidelines.
- Provide general administrative support for remote operations.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong administrative experience (experience in professional services preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online platforms.
- Efficient in English with strong fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
