About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to our professional services. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate appointments and manage online business diaries.
  • Communicate with clients and partner organizations in a professional manner.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents.
  • Manage records and files securely in line with data protection guidelines.
  • Provide general administrative support for remote operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong administrative experience (experience in professional services preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online platforms.
  • Efficient in English with strong fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
