Main Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting: Provide adept technical support, guiding customers through equipment and software troubleshooting.
- Client Engagement: Conduct productive technical meetings with clients, comprehending their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
- API/SDK Integration: Assist in API and SDK integration to optimize product functionality and performance.
- Product Testing: Conduct comprehensive product functionality testing, reporting discrepancies, and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a systematic manner.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to discern trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improving products and services.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally to contribute to the enhancement of company system requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of technical support experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in working with APIs and SDKs.
